HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship with Australia Post the same or next day of purchase unless we are out of stock and need to make the order that same day in which customers will be notified. Therefore 4 to 5 days until you receive your order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS OR IMPORT TAXES? not usually but it can depend and vary through customs.
We accept PAYPAL. Please note that you can pay with your credit card using PAYPAL even if you do not have a PAYPAL account or balance.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Yes, Within 14 Days of Purchase, proof the item has not been worn, altered or damaged in any way.
We do not refund SALE items.

Your purchased will be packaged with utmost care to ensure a safe arrival to the destination, if for some reason there is a damage during transit we offer a full refund/replacement of product including postage cost.
If you don't feel amazing in them we do offer a refund for change of mind with postage expenses being paid by the buyer.
As we do sell our products in-store our retail premises and some of our works are one off or limited edition pieces, we do reserve the right to remove a sale if the last item has been sold. We do however offer a full refund or remake the item as identical as possible.

After pay allows the buyer to pay off the purchase over 4 payments payed fortnightly.
PayPal offers a trusted and secure international payment solution. Further and very importantly PayPal offers a Buyer Protection program to give buyers who pay via PayPal security and confidence to order online. For more information about PayPal's Buyer Protection click here. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal simply choose the pay by credit card option.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes, duties and applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any of these charges will rest with the customer. Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as "merchandise" . We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift" .
